About 95 Lodge
A quiet base, one minute from the hospital
95 Lodge is a small, independently run lodge in Lat Phrao Soi 95, a one-minute walk from Lat Phrao General Hospital. We opened in 2025 with one clear purpose: to give the people who come to Bangkok for a hospital visit — patients, families, and caregivers — somewhere calm, clean, and affordable to stay. Close enough to walk to the ward, quiet enough to actually rest.
Why we built it
Our family has been part of this neighbourhood for more than fifty years. For most of that time we have quietly rented a handful of apartments to people living and working nearby — nothing grand, just clean, fair places to stay among neighbours.
Over the years, more and more of the people asking to rent were doctors and nurses from Lat Phrao General Hospital, a few minutes' walk away. And then they began asking us something else: did we have a room their patients could use? Families were arriving from upcountry for treatment with nowhere close by to stay, and the hospital staff knew it before anyone else did.
That is how 95 Lodge came to be. We built it for the people the hospital's own doctors and nurses were already sending to us — patients, families, and caregivers who needed somewhere close, quiet, and affordable. After fifty years of looking after neighbours, it felt like the natural next thing to do.
What we already knew was this: the hotels near the hospital were either too far to walk to when you are exhausted, too expensive for a stay that stretches into weeks, or too noisy to sleep in between appointments. We set out to build the opposite — a place where the walk is short, the room is quiet, and the price leaves something over for the reason you came.
Run by people, not a chain
We are not a hotel chain. 95 Lodge is run by the same small team who have looked after our apartments — some of them for more than forty years. They are the reason a stay here feels like staying with people who know you, not checking into a building.
There is Pee Sai, who keeps the rooms clean and in order — housekeeping that has cared for our guests for years. Pee Ko, our handyman, who fixes whatever needs fixing, usually before you notice it. And Nong Fai, who is most likely the person who answers when you message us on LINE or WhatsApp.
Between them they have decades of knowing this neighbourhood and the people who pass through it. There is no front desk at 95 Lodge — but because we live in the neighbourhood, someone is always close by. When you arrive, one of us will meet you to hand over your key. We welcome check-ins until 9pm; like you, our team needs its rest, so we ask guests to arrive by then. You can reach us any time, in Thai or English, by LINE, WhatsApp or phone. Because we are small, we recognise our regular guests — the families who come back for follow-up treatment, the upcountry students who return each exam season, the long-stay guests who become part of the daily rhythm of the soi.
The people who already trust us
Some of our longest-staying guests are clinicians and medical staff who work at Lat Phrao General Hospital themselves — physicians on rotation, nurses in training, allied health professionals on temporary contracts. We think that says something. When the people who work inside the hospital choose to live a few doors away, a family visiting for treatment can feel confident they are in good hands too.
Growing, carefully
In July 2026 we are expanding from 13 rooms to 29, adding more one-bedroom rooms and — for the first time — two Family Suites and a Grand Family Suite, so that families who travel together for a major treatment can stay together in one room near the hospital. We are growing the way we host: quietly, and with the same people in mind.

95 Lodge is at 95 Soi 6, Lat Phrao Soi 95, in the Wang Thonglang district of Bangkok — a one-minute walk from Lat Phrao General Hospital and a short walk from Mahat Thai station on the MRT Yellow Line. Foodland, a pharmacy, convenience stores and a halal kitchen are all within walking distance.
