Ramkhamhaeng University is about 13 minutes away by car or Grab. The room gives you enough space to unpack, work and settle in while studying, teaching or looking for a permanent apartment.
Bang Kapi and the wider city
The Mall Bangkapi is about 8 minutes away. MRT Mahat Thai on the Yellow Line is around 7 minutes away, with connections towards other parts of Bangkok.
A quiet room at the end of the day
We are tucked into a residential soi away from main-road noise. Foodland is about 5 minutes away and open 24 hours. A 7-Eleven and neighbourhood restaurants are also close by, so day-to-day life is straightforward.

For 7 nights or more, rates start from ฿3,900 for a Deluxe Room, ฿6,900 for a Family Suite and ฿8,900 for a Grand Family Suite. For 28 nights or more, rates start from ฿12,000, ฿18,900 and ฿23,900 respectively. Final prices depend on dates, room availability and event-date exclusions.
Long-stay rates include water, Wi-Fi, linen and housekeeping every three days. Rooms are furnished, and guests can use the laundry service or coin laundry. Electricity is metered and charged separately.
No. Water and Wi-Fi are included, but electricity is metered and billed separately according to actual use. The team will explain the current electricity rate before confirming the stay.
A ฿1,000 security deposit is required for monthly stays. The team will confirm the payment method, refund conditions and any deductions before the booking is completed.
